Jessica L. De La Cruz
An attorney at law, Jessica L. De La Cruz earned her bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies in 2008 and her Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University, College of Law in 2016. During law school, Jessica worked as a paralegal in a firm specializing in family, criminal and bankruptcy law, where she immediately found her passion helping families. Jessica is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and began her legal career in family, criminal and bankruptcy law. Jessica subsequently transitioned to prosecuting misdemeanor cases for the State Attorney’s Office of the Ninth Judicial Circuit Court. Jessica also prosecutes immigration related cases for the Department of Homeland Security. Jessica uses her advocacy and litigation skills learned through her practice of criminal and immigration prosecution in her practice with Probate Legal Group PA. Jessica is happy to bring these skills to help families prepare for the future and deal with the challenges when a loved one passes away. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her children and teaches classes for a paralegal program.
Steven A. Rammuni

Steven A. Ramunni serves Of counsel at Probate Legal Group, P.A. Ramunni has practiced law for 30+ years. As part of the Probate Legal Group team, Ramunni will focus his attention on estate and probate litigation.
With a departure from Texas in 1984, Ramunni settled into Southwest Florida as Assistant Deputy Public Defender for the 12th Judicial Circuit of Hendry-Glades County. Entrepreneurial by nature, Ramunni launched his own law practice in 1986 and has thrived as a legal professional in Florida ever since.
Ramunni has always been calm under pressure and holds his strategy close to the vest. There is no envy for the person sitting across from Ramunni at the negotiating table. He prides himself on finding niche areas of law, in which he holds a great passion — studying the intricacies, formulating a game plan, and advocating for his clients.
Ramunni has long gained the trust of his clients, and those within his profession, which has provided decades of steady caseloads, fueled by word of mouth. A strong believer of “your reputation precedes you, good or bad,” Ramunni holds himself to the highest standard and stays in the lane of a positive reputation.
